first_imgVCU Athletics is seeking a graduate assistant to assist in theday-to-day operations of the Volleyball program during the 2021-22academic year.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :(On-Court Responsibilities)• Attending all practices and matches;• Filming drills and individual sessions when necessary;• Maintaining statistics for practice and matches when needed;and• Other on-court responsibilities as assigned and in accordancewith NCAA rules.(Office Responsibilities)• Attending and participating in staff meetings (compliance,practice planning, academic, strength & conditioning,individuals);• Managing recruiting database: data input, update contactinformation, correspondence with prospective student-athletes inaccordance with NCAA rules;• Organizing mailing schedule for prospective student-athletecorrespondence;• Meeting with recruits and families when available and/or whenneeded;• Organizing incoming email and film of prospectivestudent-athletes; and• Other office responsibilities as assigned and in accordance withNCAA rules.
